ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE POLICY – POST COVID19
The well-being, safety and security of all the children in the setting is our main concern. In light of the current COVID19 pandemic the arrival and departure of children from our setting has had to be revised and will remain as follows until further notice.
• Only one parent/carer per family to bring, and collect, your child from setting.
• Children will be taken from, and returned to, parent/carer at the external front door.
• Children will be signed into and out of Pre-School by a staff member to avoid any cross-contamination. Parents will be able to witness this.
• Parents must maintain the two metre social distancing rule at all times whilst on the Pre-School/United Reformed church premises.
• No more than five parents to queue up at any one time in the car park area. Please wait either in, or beside, your car until any queueing has receded.
• Parents/carers will not be allowed on the Church premises under any circumstances for the foreseeable future.
• Parents are to leave the Pre-School/church premises as quickly as possible.
• Children may be dropped to school between 9 – 9.30 am and collected from 2.30 – 3.00pm to avoid any overcrowding.
